Product Installation and Weight:
You can either mount the sign on a wall or hang it on the ceiling.You will get the installation material for free.
The weight depends on the size of the sign.
Can I use the neon sign outdoors?
Yes all Signs we also produce for outdoor use. Please send the inquiry to : info@neoneverglow.com
How long does the Process take?
- From Order placement to delivery of your Sign, the entire process can take up to 15 Business Days.
Can I use my own font?
- Yes, we can usually implement any Font.
How long is the Power Cable?
- The transparent Cable of the Neon Sign is 3 Meters long.There is another 1 meter black Cable from the Adapter to your Plug.

How safe are LED Neon Signs?
- Our LED Neon Signs are only 12V, so they run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon glass.
Do LED Neon Signs need maintenance?
- No.LEDs are maintenance free and very environmentally friendly. Far more environmentally friendly than gas neon signs.

How long is the warranty?
- All our Products come with 2 years Manufacturer's Warranty.
What is covered by the warranty?
Our Warranty covers all Defects that may occur with any of our Products. However, it does not cover damage caused by improper installation or physical damage during use.
My product does not work normally, what can I do?
As long as your product is still under Warranty, please call our Technical Support Team at 06431-9415315 (Our business hours are open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00). If you would like to contact us outside of Business hours, please email us at info@neoneverglow.com and include "Repair Request, your Full Name and Order Number" in the subject line, along with a brief Description of the Problem and your Phone Number. A Member of our Technical Support Team will call you as soon as they receive the Email to try to resolve the issue. If this is not possible, they will go through the Return Process with you so we can repair or replace the Product.
